材料的结构与其性质密切相关,为了深入理解材料的生长机理以及性质产生的原因,对材料进行细致的结构表征非常重要,本课题组主要研究内容包括:(I)开发电子显微学新方法,包括新概念和理论的提出和实践,以及自主编程实现特定功能;(II)使用透射和扫描电子显微镜,基于电子晶体学方法(三维电子衍射、高分辨(S)TEM 、SEM图像)对晶体的原子结构和缺陷等进行表征,涉及的材料主要包括分子筛、MOFs、COFs和介孔材料等;(III)另一方面,课题组还关注功能化分子筛的合成、表征与应用,包括含Ti、Sn等杂原子的分子筛、空心分子筛等,结合先进表征手段和原位电镜来解释分子筛的生长和催化机理。
